This is kinda a scuffed work around but you can make a new character with your preset, check how it looks in the skin codex, and you get 24hrs to freely change your character appearance.

Its not any more p2w than other mmos. Community can be super toxic sometimes, but usually everyone is friendly towards new players (mokoko leaf). Since its free to play why not try it and see if its fun for you. Its possible to play solo too for a long time, theres tons of content to do before you get to end game raiding with other players.

hes got mokoko he shouldn't have much issue getting into act4 nm esp as its basically impossible to wipe
you can buy the ark grid thing from solo shop which will give u a lil start, as well as mokoko token stuff + he may or may not have a relic selector that we got which is plenty

I do get your point and I may have miss-worded slightly but it can't be emphasised enough how much CP you actually gain from having even some of the ark grid progressed

The problem is he’s missing a cheaper form of cp that actually benefits damage gain

Through karma and etc

Ark grid only makes your character better once you get both synergies done, otherwise you’re just fake cp, and as you stated, mokokos get prio for tokens. So, buffing it with fake cp isn’t really helpful. He should be laying the foundation for his character now

tips for mordum hard? it's like the 6th time i do it first try but i always end up imploding and risking a wipe, i'm struggling to make my bar stay low i end up in the most annoying stuff ever, in the meantime i'm doing no-hit armoche and kazeros it's REALLY annoying

and dont greed any of the pizza/carousel mechs

also dont collect the orbs after the p2 star stun mech (first mech of p2, idr if its hp based or just timer)

ur more easily hit by the boss cuz ur not looking

ur lead should be using bastion 3+1 a few mins into p2 which should help gauge

from there onwards, kinda hard to gain gauge unless ur not dodging the slam pattterns correctly (go under his armpit is an easy tip)

u should sttudy how the lightning turns for 475x and 450x

ccw inner circle if ur melee and short anims for 475x, and cw 450x but tbh dont greed that one until ur better at the mech

The bracelets/gems/accessories keep your pheon need low, which otherwise you’d be spending money on anyway for the same quality gear.

And they’re not cheap if you’re converting gold to crystals

you need all lvl7 gems with atleast 2 lvl8, you need to get your priority engravings, complete the card sets for the correspondant raids (such as the earth and lightning card sets), get rank6 lvl21 on all ark passives, keep doing all dailies and weeklies to get your ark grid done since it's what helps you the most with cp, get atleast all single-highs accessories and a decent brecelet if you don't have one already(must have your main stat).
spend your extra resources from events etc to get random free taps here and there especially in special honing and armor quality it's free cp. also don't be scared to lose your mokoko since normal raids give as much gold as solos (hardmode instead gives more) you can run solos on all alts and make your main good enough to not need mokoko. people will tell you to stay mokoko but right now the expert shop(after you finish koko and start carrying kokos) sells the pity core essences to have a free-of-choice relic core (might even get ancient if you're turbolucky from the pity system). it helps you lots to make your ark grid functional especially if you spent your selection chest well.
keep cutting astrogems also and that's about it dude you are just extremely timegated and slowed down by the game system you must have an actual alt army above 1700 to generate enough gold to make your main go at a decent pace, also considering the engraving costs etc...otherwise stay 1700 and make many alts just to reach 1700 with you but that'll pause your game for quite a bit. up to 1700 you can just paradise+solo run and you'll get there anyways by actually almost the same speed.
at 1700 you need 1800cp to be considered decent in most pug lobbies unfortunatly, if you reach 1710 and setup your ark grid and actually get decent gems and engravings you'll be able to join no problem. also up your advhoning if it's not already at 30.
