Your bracelet is for specalization and crit, not specalization and swift. Swift is pretty important especially for supports
Your karma is basically missing - and is probably one of the bigger culprits why you're not being taken for raids imo. Your accs are actually okayish besdies your earrings which would be 3% (high) weapon power%

or if bible is not giving us the full picture, try to get at least level 3 into wings of freedom. Transfer liberator's sign to bladecraft in the mean time (i can't do math)

you get gear by doing the main story quests now. You can just simply continue to the next area. If you need gear to enter you can buy any gear at a Geat Merchant in wavestrand port, east luterra. Or you can power pass and skip to 1640 & skip the whole story

just gonna say that your definition of "helping with dmg while supporting" is flawed, we equiped judgment (paladins) to help with the very minor extra faith gauge generation with blue skills, not to do dmg, you still went full support engravings so your dmg was increased from 0.1% to 0.11%
