Gearing wise, yes. But its a pve game, you can progress at your own pace long as you're having fun. In general for a significant advantage, it calls for a lot of spending tbh. And there are generally limits to grinding unless you're playing multiple accounts.

Its a f2p game, it wouldn't hurt to try it since the majority of us are in it for the combat/raids. That said, if you're gonna be comparing gear/progression to whales, it might not feel great.

Upgrading whatever engravings you still can, prioritizing ones you use for raiding on your classes. The relics are generally held or can be used on an expensive engraving multiple characters share.

If you have extra legendaries, I'd use them for stuff like your chaos/kurzan setup

Most dps players will use them on grudge (most expensive) or adrenaline (expensive and gives more cp/character strength)
