You can either progress the other character through story (they give gear with story progression up to ilvl 1585 now) or knowledge transfer with gold. You'll have to progress from 1585-1620 (gear transfer takes you to 1640). For what its worth, the recent patch makes the 1585-1620 patch cheaper and cost silver instead of gold to hone.

1. You'll need to do 1st sword mech correctly (which is just a matter of understanding the guide and spacebar timing to get into initial position, then after the blast having the right spacebar + counter timing)

2. After that (assuming you're not doing solo realm prok) is to stack with the team, spacebar in together with them and stagger.

at that point the arena will be small and if you get knocked off you'll die so try to save push immunity for good timings. (TRY TO STAY AS CLOSE TO THE MIDDLE OF THE ARENA AS POSSIBLE) After awhile the arena goes back to normal and you move on to 3

3. next is the part where you're tethered to someone. Just line up your tether straight (like in the guide pictures) and wait for the beam to dissapear then grab your yellow orb (shield) and go south fast .

4. try to get north for the clash (someone will probably get there before you),, this is a big dps phase.

eventually he'll crash down near the middle.

5. everyone stacks at 9 and moves together dropping puddles together, then you go in and stagger

A. If your team is juiced then you HA here and just pump him to 0 and that'll drop you in g2

B. If your team isn't juiced you'll need to do mech correctly (countering your tethered sword as it comes at you AT A SPOT WHERE ITS CROSSED with a tether going from outer sword to boss

the rest is just countering and just guarding stuff
