In the early stage of the fight don't worry too much about back attacking. He's big and cumbersome to run around and you want to counter. When you hit a counter you do do weak point damage and break him. When he breaks he becomes omnidirectional and hits anywhere count as back attacking

10s are less of a gain over 9 than 9 over 8 and even harder to cut, but 9 is the sweet spot

I never considered it because its a hitmaster, but apparently the skills have a lot of lag and resource management is quite interesting

issue is most classes don’t have a massive gimmick in terms of skill usage in this game a lot of it tends to just be what you think feels good

arcana is like the only exception

They can't afford to get too crazy with classes due to boss mechanics being a huge factor in difficulty

lunar gimmick of clone doesn’t really do anything in actual raids

i’ve started to enjoy spammy classes because when i compare them to the top tier players who play it i can see a significant difference in skill usage

• Build gauge to use persona mode
• Use Persona to buff red skills and stack 3 in a row to have a mega buff

recently started playing LC SS over DS and i’m only hitting 73 CPM in more while they are hitting 80

Deadeye is press buttons at boss, chase the back, but you have more functions (buttons) than others
What was really fun was realizing even the sniper skills that are hardly used serve a function when you need stagger and your shotgun skills are on cooldown

GS and glavier i think are the only other classes that run more then 8 (outside of transformation ones)

requires you to have good uptime for you team while also providing the utility to save there ass/let them greed

because you have to be paying attention to not just yourself but your party

i don’t give a shit when i’m a dps lol

other then knowing to group with them at times

knowing where dps want there buffs and when they could possibly need a save can make or break what makes you a good support
