Personally, I find the more difficult classes to be more fun, like Empress Arcana
Which means you have to do more work for similar damage that easier classes can do, but I have fun with it, so it doesn't bother me.

Emperor is easier, its one of the highest APM classes if i recall

Empress is hard due to back attacks and card knowledge

I suppose ''rate'' is the % of time that u buffed teammates, and ''efficiency'' is the % of damage that ur teammates dealt during buff.

For example, if u are buffing an igniter sorc for 50 sec, then 10 sec of no buff. But she enters ignition right in that 10 sec timeslot. Then u will have a high uptime rate but a low efficiency, since ＞90% of her damage is dealt during ignition.

Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.

The exact same class yes, you can share gems and the engraving books should be exactly the same (unless you try the other spec which may use dif books), between the same base class but different specialty probably no, going by your examples those two are completely different things, one is a support one a DPS, so in that specific case no. Each character has its own bound stuff, not a lot can be shared between the whole roster unless you're a mono class really

The Arkesia Tour will have you complete a number of simple quests and reward you with a large amount of horizontal & collectable completion including more skill points & addition skill runes to help your build.
