From the old nexus guide. Adjust tripods as needed as you upgrade paradise gear. Helps to set up different skill pages for different content. Better to have more than just the 2 the game gives you as a base, but blue crystal is pretty expensive for new players.

You already do your 3 gold earning raids? Today is field boss on NA, spawns hourly and you do it once a day. Click the little clock on the top left side of the screen to check events. Set up your unas/bifrosts for skill points, enlightenment, and bloodclaw (converts to enlightenment). Work on horizontal to get more skillpoints/enlightenment such as north kurzan and rimeria adventure tome. If you haven't yet, set up auto dismantle and gem fusion.

Some classes the early stages can be pretty rough

While you kinda level stuff evenly, try to put a bit more prio on the piece that gives reduced T cooldown first if you can for paradise.

Supports in general don't really do damage. They amp the damage dps does, provides shielding to allow for more uptime, and can heal in a pinch but not generally their focus.
