If this is just a matter of "person needs to be on the latest version of Windows 11", which they seem not to be apparently, then just...go through Windows Update or the Microsoft site to get the latest feature update.

Some people choose to stay on older versions of Windows because they are stable, but they end up going out of support and no longer receive security updates or otherwise. That could...technically, I guess, cause conflicts with programs that maybe require certain functions or features that just don't exist on older versions of Windows.

I would recommend that they update to the latest version of Windows which is 25H2 and if that doesn't fix anything then something else might be borked with their system and would require further troubleshooting.

the reroll options one usually wait till you have a gem you dont want to lose that you are almost done cutting and there is bad options showing. better to spend 1k(?) gold to not risk hitting those options and making it useless. since each tap is 900g

Wildsoul is a newer class, usually newer classes just feel better to play imo. or at least "easier" I play the other version of wild soul but it has two space bars and short cooldown so very beginner friendly. ferality isnt as mobile and has to be closer to the boss but it has very long cooldowns i heard? so more downtime to focus on other things

aero is considered a really weak class dps wise. im not sure about how fun it is but personally the only people I know that play it picked it because it was the only dps for specialist (small girl body type)

obviously you really cant tell what youd like without playing one, then making the other after and then comparing. but wild soul is in a much better spot

Silver Sources

You can earn silver on any number of characters on your Roster.

• Daily: Chaos Dungeons (run with alts too).
• Weekly: 3 boxes per week, Chaos Dungeon Purification.
• Weekly: 3 Weekly Una's Tasks.
• Weekly: Chests from Paradise Hell (run with alts too).
• Fate Ember: As a random drop from Chaos Dungeons and Guardian Raids there is a chance for varying Silver amounts to be rewarded.
• Quests: Leveling to 70/ilvl1640.
• Express Events/Growth Systems: Silver chests awarded via boost events.
• Rapport: Many rewards from NPC Rapport include Coins that can be consumed for some Silver.
• Cube: You will receive Silver as a reward for completing any Ebony Cube.
• Adventure Islands: These happen at various times throughout the week. Keep an eye on your Procyon Compass (top left of screen, blue icon) to see what is available.
• Event Vendors: When these are active they will offer chests with Silver in exchange for the event currency.
• Sea Bounty: Single time collection awards.
• Sylmael Bloodstone: If you are in a guild you can use the Bloodstone Currency in exchange for some Silver chests.
• Gold to Silver Exchange: You can exchange certain amounts of Gold for Silver. (Not Recommended)
• Amethyst Exchange: You can exchange the limited Amethyst currency for Silver. (Not Recommended)
