u gotta do ur own maths, it depends on how much gold/bound gold and whether u playing for efficiency or progression.
Essentially u just calculate each mat that ur gonna be gated by i.e fusion materials and look at price on market then just pick the chest that gives u most gold value.
It usually goes Special Honing > Fusion > Accesories > Honing Support > Gold/Destiny Stone > Bracelet or something along those lines.
Bound gold is worth alot more if u dont wanna spend any tradable gold on said alt but in terms of mat to gold value, bound gold is very mid as an option.

If you go there when the event starts, you should be able to enter/matchmake for it once per day. Even if nobody is there you should be placed in an instance and then you just finish the race.

The buzzing event, and every other island event is already region based, it pulls players from every server and puts them in the same instance.
Its just.. people dont go there after they got the island soul, theres no point repeating these events its a massive waste of time

Paladin has great stagger and some of the best counters in the game, healing is delayed/over time. Valkyrie has mobility and basically improved pally brands, but pretty poor stagger before ark grid and can control when you heal/has access to burst healing.

that's normal, from relic tier 3 the quality works differently
it will carry over any new gear, but you'll need to do quality taps (with processed chaos stone ideally, don't pay gold for quality taps)
