Like others said, it's not worth converting to blue crystals to buy stuff, but if you already have them (from packs or w/e), then imo Shards are by far the best value. They're the only thing I buy atm. I know people get to a point where shards are no longer a limiting factor, but if they are, I think it's the best value. Even better than lifeskill energy and without having to do the actual lifeskilling.

I’ve been restricted for about 20 days now, playing normally every day (no RMT, no VPN, no bots). Support only keeps saying that the system “reviews accounts in cycles” and gives no clear reason or timeframe.

Honestly it feels like the system is a bit unreliable — this happened without any warning or explanation, and I was even restricted shortly after spending real money.

How long did it take for your trusted status to return?

Did it come back automatically or after contacting support?
