If youre trying to level pets you should get the chest at the top for the tokens. There is a playground structure in the 3rd tab that has good stronghold effects or you can get skins if you want them

Daily - Chaos Dungeon, Guardian Raid (Argeos at your ilvl, Skolakia at 1680), Chaos Gate/Field Boss/Adventure Island (These 3 happen on diff days and pop up in the daily timer pop-out thingy on the left hand side. There is also an icon for "procyons compass" under your minimap) Do Daily Unas, some rewards important stuff like enlightenment point potions for ark passsive. Visit stronghold daily to do the sh task thiings if you want
Weekly - 3 gold raids (Brel, Aegir & Behemoth are your top gold earners) Weekly Unas for tokens that get exchanged for gold. Weekly Paradise stuff, 5 elysian entries, crucible, hell keys

Uses x2 life energy for x2 drops. Just speeds the whole thing up. If you use your stronghold farm there is a seperate option in there to use Leap Essence & personally I dont use it on the farm
