The servers have recently merged. This has moved around some items, but they are not lost.
Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.
You are all good to go!

If you had 2 rosters from different servers merge then you dont get free slots. You can only use the available slots. You can delete chars or move different ones out at a later time each week but you wont be able to freely claim 18 slots

Engraving books can be obtained various ways through many various NPC exchanges, event shops & event handouts
The Arkesia Tour will have you complete a number of simple quests and reward you with a large amount of horizontal & collectable completion including more skill points & addition skill runes to help your build.
If a Mokoko Express is ongoing, activate it from an icon beside your minimap. It will provide free items to help with the process above as well as provide things like honing support to make progression easer. There is only 1 Mokoko Express per region so choose your character carefully!

- Honing to +20/31-40 are comparable in cost but with normal honing you're gambling with 1.5% odds and advanced honing provides 3% base stats. Because of this finishing advanced honing first is recommended.

ye but if global stats say i.e avg floor dive is 40 with blue keys and chance of getting a special hone, fusion mat, bound gold or w/e chests with good value is 1/total amount of chest available, can just take those 2 avgs and divide by gold value
