The servers have recently merged. This has moved around some items, but they are not lost.
Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.

Hi, just wanted to ask what the requirements for the HA Unlock quest was. Cause I just got another alt to 1540 combat lv 56 and when I try to accept the quest from the Mysterious Light, I get a fail sound and the notification, that "Cannot start the quest due to level restrictions"

I honestly dont remember if there were any specific requirements for it, since it's been a while since I did it on my main
