Player skill is far more impactful than class choice. The weakest of classes can clear anything easily when a player knows how to play the class
There are solo raids to help gear up for group raids. There is also a mokoko bootcamp event thats returning in Nov that incentivises veteran players to play with people new to raids

you see there on your Char only 8 Skilles are there so make sure that these are on ur highest ( if you are lower then 50) skill anything u like. but after lvl 50 you should get the skills that are on Maxroll etc.
