Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.
You are all good to go!

A lot of it is just setting stuff up like auto dismantle, gem fusing, storage, etc. Fresh starting would take you multiple weeks to months to catch up to the powerpass entry point if you do it f2p and is I wouldn't recommend it for anyone but lore enjoyers (most people are here for the classes, combat, and raids as the stronger points of the game).

Nope, dps valk is very competetive and easy to play. Dps bard is decent too. Artist/pala kinda bottom of the barrel. Valk is the most accepted since it was marketed as a dps/sup flex.
