8. Complete Arkesia Tour (Icon Beside Minimap)
9. Use Tour rewards (skill points & runes) to improve on your class build
10. Collect & Read Engraving books (20 Yellow Legendary books x5 engravings)
    Engraving books can be obtained various ways through many various NPC exchanges, event shops & event handouts

The Arkesia Tour will have you complete a number of simple quests and reward you with a large amount of horizontal & collectable completion including more skill points & addition skill runes to help your build.

If a Mokoko Express is ongoing, activate it from an icon beside your minimap. It will provide free items to help with the process above as well as provide things like honing support to make progression easer. There is only 1 Mokoko Express per region so choose your character carefully!

Congrats, you now have a functional build to start trying activities like daily Chaos Dungeons, Guardians & weekly Solo Raids.
