The servers have recently merged. This has moved around some items, but they are not lost.
Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.
You are all good to go!

I was reading my class guide on Lost Ark Nexus and it didn't specify how to weigh whether the substats or the specific line was worth more power for my spec when it came to elixirs. Is it simply just whatever elixir has the total higher levels is better?
