When doing gear transfer from T4 relic to T4 ancient, does the transcendence transfer also or do we lose it and have to redo it again?

When you gear transfer to a new set at the honing npc you maintain all "modifiers" on your gear. Elixirs, trans, adv honing progress, normal honing progress, quality, etc

valk might be the best one since she doesnt need to hit the boss cept just her X and the 2 red skills after + the T skill with unlimited time to use buffed skill also hit master, max move speed and relatively tanky
