when the RNG procs you'll be able to use the skill

If you didn't get one you should go into the event Style Settings UI and select gain rewards only.

KR is a bad reference for events cause if you used KR as a reference for valk event we would have only got the challenge express to 1660, then free transcendence tickets. Their rise of the valkyrie event legit gave only transcendence tickets a title and a weapon skin.

cant compare a class that does 8-15% of their total damage across all eight of their skills vs a class thats loaded all their damage on 4 just with the actual numbers on your screen. You need a dps log to do that

Yea every time you pull you need a scroll and the p2w currency, the scroll you get from doing raids each week in CN a 1700 gets 3 scrolls a week, players can then sell these scrolls to other players or use them with the p2w currency to do the gacha
