To give a proper answer coz tits got it all messed up;

The first gives you what the devs/game consider a good workable build, you get it all sorted out and you're ready to raid. The second gives you the items but moves nothing of your build, engraves, gems, ark passive, it lets you figure out your stuff or if you already had it sorted you just get the items to reconfigure it yourself. It has nothing to do with the pinned message, that's only for when you get an old char and it tells you an error, a bug

If you selected the express I recommend picking both styles' drops, as the stone, if different, is very good (7/7) and can be upgraded to t4 later easily

valk has low CDs on a lot of filler skills but those skills dont have good stagger or dps, they are like meant to like charge up your X
