There is no right or wrong answer here. Youre gonna get keys every week regardless of power. If youre chasing a position then going all in on 1 char makes sense but even then youre limited by what rng hands you. More power also means more damage from your orb for both main & alts which maybe is something to concider

Yes sorta though you do want to use the skills that give you move speed buff towards the end of your 15 skill spam, big nuke skill has like a 3 second cast time so if move speed buff is below 3 seconds you want to reapply it
