Honing is easy but getting stuff like gems or books because very expensive for the income of 1 char. I also hold myself to a higher standard as a vet player. A new player doesnt need the things I wanted

I don't suggest this, or doing both is fine. A video isn't the same as experiencing the character. I remember loving some characters visually from videos but the play expereince was terrible.
