No the way the transfer will work it retains however far you got ah on in t3 but you become 1640

so if you get wep to like +5 for example

I did this, but does not solve my problem. None of the other games I've been playing recently done something like this, must be some issue with lost ark itself. I will say, as a newer player, joining a good guild has been absolutely great. For the most part I've been able to avoid some of the most toxic aspects of the community.
