With a uniform distribution, its asssumed that the chance of getting 25% rare effect is equal to the chance of getting 50% rare effect

I did some basic calculations .. tried to account for unknown data by simulating it on the 3 most commonly used distribution systems for such systems .. Uniform, Weighted, Tiered ..
If you assume I'm completely wrong .. even if you account for error by a factor of 50% .. meaning my calculation is 50% off from the real value .. the cost of a Master tool with 5 ideal effects would still be around 1.25M gold and a perfect tool would still be 1.25 TRILLION gold.
And if in this case u cut the cost efficiency in half .. expert tools would still be 50 - 130x more cost efficient

Exactly, that's why my prompt is worded specifically like it is.
It assumes that effects are not created equal but makes no determination which effect is valued higher.
And under this assumption .. getting a relic tool with 5 desired effects that you want .. regardless of their individual effect range, would cost 3.3M gold at minimum .. now, if you desire only 4 effects and one doesn't matter, it would be cheaper .. but with a base cost of 3.3M for an ideal tool, any sacrifice would make it barely much cheaper.

Does anyone happen to have a website or google doc or something that lists off things, like adventure tome foods or whatever, that tend to be Time/RNG heavy? For example, some foods require you to buy out an RNG chest from an NPC weekly until you get lucky. Others, like world tree leaves, are very intricate and require you to do a ton of different things, like collecting hide from rabbits and then waiting on the traveling merchant.
I know I can just go to maxroll and look things up individually, like if I'm focusing on Yorn, but if I"m just looking to find "anything and everything you should start messing with now to save yourself later", is there anything?
