it has a 30s downtime window

but if the judg didnt proc, you can try casting the conv again asap

the internal cooldown is for the judg proc

honestly its not a rune you should be using if youre new, you wont make the best out of it

If you want to do the story you can continue where you are. I would highly recommend looking into the free powerpass/express event we have going on. You can make a 2nd char to boost to endgame & continue story on the 1st.
Powerpassing is very overwhelming but there are a lot of guides to help you through it

Kharmine was trying to gather up power so he could confront thaemine and not be consumed by thaemines power i.e the ego wouldnt be overwritten of zosma by the power of zosma, but kakul didnt realize that zosma had truly returned and when he encountered kharmine he kinda had like an oh shit moment

and started gathering up other primordials like ezrebet

to enact his own plan

thats why i think they actually arent allies despite the primordials originally being the like under gods of zosma

i think kakul truly doesnt want zosma to come back

but he also doesnt like kaz

Thaemine had his memorys sealed by kazeros and brelshaza, but he like remembers at the end of act 3 g1

and thats when he and kharmine leave in a portal

theres like 3 major enemies that could be the next arc sacria,zosma, or kakul my guess is we go sacria to like ease up a bit on the demon stuff, but then we will eventually go back to either zosma or the primordials

we may deal with zosma before the primordials cause they may actually help us against him lmao
