Well .. I did play Igniter Sorc long before the insane buffs it got .. hell keys is for a new mode called paradise they added where hell can give you a bunch of mats and stuff

to help you push character

so paradise is split into 3 tabs, elysian is wherew you get the special gear, crucible is where you fight a boss using that special gear (it doesnt use any gear from outside this system )and get ranked every week just by doing any form of particpation you get 3 hell keys, then you use those hell keys to do the hell mode which can give you a ton of mats as rewards.

you unlock it at 1580+ after doing the south kurzan story, the powerpass should auto unlock it.

Doesnt matter it takes your ilvl when the rewards are sent out at next weekly reset

the normal destiny keys have a chance to roll the altar for the special keys with the floor you can die on and stuff, and also has new chests for paradise gear added to them

the altar for the special key you feed one of those normal keys into it

then it converts it into the new special key that has enhanced rewards but the chance to die

u can try killing the color opposite the direction she is facing, so in your pic she is looking at red, so you would kill blue
