Yes 15-18 books are very rare you dont usually get them anyways, the event giving them is like the first time weve had 15-18 books for t4. you hone to 14 which would be 1660, advance hone +10 this makes you 1670, then you hone to 16 which makes you 1680, then you advance hone 11-20 to 1690

since youve already done some advance honing normal tap to +14 on those pieces still, then finish their advance honing to make you 1670\

you then will get more 15-18 books to continue using to push to 18, but you will run out 15-18 books are rare

for example this piece is "overhoned"

you should have stopped at +14 and gone to advance hone level 10 to get to 1670

so advance hone it instead of tapping to 16

the stat distribution resets when the enlightenment resets

so a 66 is max stat, 100 is max stat, 67 is min stat
