Roster xp is weighted, you get more the lower you are. These are my numbers from when I was roster 300+, I am currently max roster at 400.

am i missing some knowledge about karma?

and leap karma gives more leap points

rank 6 leap = lvl 3 leap T skill

and for max enlightenment you have 101 points to play with

Each raid has its own invisible breakpoint
