Accessories no longer give you states or engravings, you just select your engravings you want to use equip them and you have them, stone enhances engravings, accessories give you enlightenment points to fill out arkl passive tree, they need to be refined where they roll substats.

If you have completed Arkesia Tour on your roster, it will automatically reward you with skill point potions from Shadespire and Fatespire. With the other 2 being from Fortunespire (Tier 3 Tower) that you have to do yourself.
