well so the way supps work here is they have to maintain attack power buffs, rotating between two big skills that should always be up this increases DPS of the party by quite a bit, then they also have a brand they basically always want to be up that increases damage boss takes by 10+% (certain effects increase the brand effect). Then the sup has other skills that build up an identity meter buff that also provides a burst 10%+ dmg buff you want to use this during your DPS big windows and as frequently as possible. This is your damage buffing part of your role. Then you have shielding skills+damage reduction skills, you want to use this when boss does certain patterns so your DPS can "greed" and attack through the patterns. Finally you have your heal this is probably the least important part of supps kits, but it still is important to sometimes drop heal here and there if you notice someone is about to die.

there is something kinda like hell mode that released in CN for aegir called catastrophe difficulty it has like extra mechanics and is a 1700 ilvl raid, you compete with other people on a leaderboard for like special titles and emblems for your character profile
