Hit 1620. Follow the challenge express. Before you gear transfer to tier 4 gear, do solo mode echidna and put a honor shard deposit on your gear via advanced honing. When you gear transfer to 1640, run your 1640 hell keys that the game gave you for free. After that, use the Rise of the Valkyrie event on that 1640 character. Get to 1650 via normal honing and claim the 1650 box. Then you can advance hone 1-10 on all your gear to get to 1660 unless you are feeling lucky on normal honing, then in that case do normal honing.

The game gives you enough books for sure. And more sources via the free ark pass and solo mode shop. I achieved 1655 in one day on a fresh account with less resources than you have at 1610. You can hit it if you get lucky with honing in Tier 4.

We get either hot women or grunting men, Mordoom and Akkan are the only bosses that have such unique personality, I wished Akkan would have spoken more during the fight. Hey bit of a longer one but a question about the express event (the one we got a month back): I have a character at 1680 that I honed from 1660 -> 1680 after claiming the event on it. I ended up enjoying a new character I used a powerpass for a lot more than I thought (even in T3), but obviously can't claim double event on that one anymore, despite wanting to now push it. I do still have an ability to swap the express from that 1680 char to it though. If I were to do that, what would be included in the swap?
I am aware of the ability stone, the given gems and accessories, but what about the 4 level 7 gems that were in the 1660 reward box and onwards and other things in those, including the ancient accessories etc? Would the 1690 and 1700 reward boxes sitting in the 1680 character's inventory swap? What about all the honing books that I could not ever use on the 1660 char? Would the new character get the honing buffs, as I have honed the 1680 character but it was never in the range of honing buffs due to them only being included until 1660? Appreciate if anyone has any insights if it would be worth it swapping that

Heres the thing for bard for example healing for her consumes up her damage buff charges so most bards actually dont like to heal because its a dps loss, its also a slow tick heal that heals in a set circle aoe that when it finishes is a larger heal. Now heres another example valkyrie, whenever she casts her damage buff she builds a heal charge up to 3, for my valk it heals party 50k,100k, or 150k dpeending on the charges its instant and heals the entire party and theres no dps loss to use the heal

yes the main thing your alts will be gatekept on is transcendance and elixir like fr theres basically no way you get into a behe without atleast elixirs and some trans done
events will help with that which is why building alts for group content outside of events is painful and takes time

Alts are a huge waste of resources. Very early in the game, they were a good way to get ahead. Now, there are so many systems and shit you gotta do on each character, it makes alts way too expensive.
