if you dont do your daily then it gives 50 points of rest, at 100 points of rest you get extra loot on completion. Goes up to 300 points of rest, keep in mind you get less mats if you do this rather than doing them daily even if unrested

so you can transfer your T3 gear to another T4
and then transfer the other T4 with 98 quality to the new T4

My ilvl on all my gear is 1660, but it's regular honing 1655 and adv hone +5 which brings my total ilvl to 1660. The rise of valk reduced honing cost only applies once regular honing is at 1660

So being 1655 and then adv honing to 1660 doesn't count
