and if you get to pick between gold and other options, better to ask which one may be best first

Can anyone confirm if the 1640 express reward elixir chest contains 5 3 elixirs and not 4 4? When I examine the box contents it says 4 4 but I've heard it's 5 3 now, not sure if that's an oversight by AGS. I used the 1600 express elixir chest from the previous express a couple of weeks ago and already got 4 4 from there so want to confirm if opening this elixir chest is a upgrade or since its roster bound I should use for another char.
