yes the road to event starts at 1640 and helps you until 1700
but the other powerpassed character will be at 1585 without any support to 1640
but you can slow push it with paradise and stuff

After zosma lost this conflict with regulus he was betrayed by some of the primordials and was already in a weakend state and kazeros like usurped him and became the leader of the new "demons" that had begun to appear in petrania

Not even neccessarily you can have a purple key that rolls 3-5 floor descents on all six of its descents and it goes less far down then a blue key that rolls like 7-10 on its descents
