inside your actual gems menu click that little gem icon with a circle around it on the gem

itll pull up a menu that lets you turn it into a cooldown or damage gem for any skill

No, bracelet is one thing it doesnt give

you dont need to worry about t4 bracelet until 1670 though and you do act 2 to unlock karma

just keep your t3 one until then unless you get a relic 4 liner with your main stats or something

the reason for this is the main value of t4 bracelets is they give you leap tree points, but the relic one only gives 9, you need 10 more leap points to access the 2nd line in leap tree. Karma which you get from act 2 brel level 1 leap adds 2 more points. So with a relic bracelet and lvl 1 leap karma you have 11 more leap points which lets you get level 1 of the 2nd level leap tree node.

Its alright, i have played SE since she came out and she started off top tier but currently NE has massive issues in homework raids where your group pushes bosses to fast into different phases and damage reduction before you enter into your soul snatch mode which is where you dump like 50% of your damage. The problem is during mechs you lose the gauge you have built up to enter into soul snatch. So in homework nights edge makes you want to break your keyboard. FMH is solid but it feels much more clunky then NE.
