for t4 accs you never even refine them them unless they have 67 quality+ as that gives them their max starting enlightenment bonus anything below 67 quality is an insta dismantle. You then refine them at a merchant using mats you get by dismantling other t4 accs and gold, when you refine it has a chance to roll certain effects like c.dmg.crate,ally dmg, etc, t4 accs can have 3 lines where t3 accs have only two lines. The effects are different for each slot (neck can roll additional damage %, ring can roll c.dmg, earring % wep power etc) each refine also increases the amount of enlightenment points you get
