NE se may be the class you want tbh based on the playstyle you describe its fast it has vestiage that it uses frequently which is a high blink mobility skill, it gets very high move speed cause it has a permanent movement speed buff in its kit

but it also has pretty set rotations

For future reference: Alt+q gets you to the content window where you can navigate through most of the conten available in the game. Alt+p brings up your pet window where you can open your storage from anywhere in the game and you can repair your gear+life skill tools. Faceting gems (which youll learn later about it) Your mailbox and the Market/Auction house. Pressing alt+c brings up the card set window where you can edit/enhance/delete cards. Alt+i will bring up your engravings window which you can access by pressing P to bring up your chracter window. K will bring up your skill window. Alt+J will bring up your Una task window and just J will bring up your quests.

Yes, just be careful, if you are actually interested in boosting a Valkyrie (new class) you have to save the events, otherwise just use them freely
