All raids can be done solo (if they have the solo option, in T4 high end they don't).
Whether you can do it or not depends on your skills (as a player) and your character. In my case, I waited until I got the awakening skill at 1640 to be able to clear all 3 gates solo easily.

You need more practice or wait until you're stronger like I did if you don't have the patience to try multiple times. Gate 1 and 2 are not that hard actually and starting some transcendance early is good.

The elixir you need is Luminary right? So you need that and then in total all your elixirs on your gear need to reach 35 (40 is best). If not, you will not have the Luminary effect.

You can have up to 3 different elixirs per piece of gear and select the one you want to apply its effect so no worries. Use it and see what works best at the end.

If you're already boosted I would recommend using the free powerpass on a different character
Then you can choose the express event on your artist if you would like that
At 1600 you're pretty much just doing solo raids and trying to hone to 1620
