The KT options is the easiest choice. Otherwise you have to make a char, level it apparently and kind of test it a little with what trixion offers. Then wait 24 hours to delete it if you dont like it.

You need the secret/hidden rabbit from plants.
And they have a specific rule for the spawn.
First you need to activate the search skill. Then look out for plants that have the crosshair and throw your knife on it. Then its a 50/50 chance if a rabbit or a cat comes out.

What worked for me:
First route i harvested every plant to reset the spawns. On the second route and afterwards i just looked for the hidden animals and only harvested the plant i hunted the animal from and didnt touched any other plant.
The spawns where still rare, like i said, sometimes only 1-2 per route and sometimes 3-4. Seems like they need a little but of time to spawn and they cant probably spawn too many at the same time.
But yeah, having to do 2 life skills at the same time is kinda meh and uses more energy.
And no, i didnt cleared any normal rabbits on the field and even had hidden spawns right next to a normal rabbit on the field and killed both with 1 knife throw.

You get more mats/mat gold value out of those then the equivelant in mat chests from the event shop

You can convert them up ties 5:1 like other mats if you have old ones
