You need to, first of all, get some gold for crafting them. You can do an adventure island whenever it's up and it has gold on the reward list. Then you gotta go to your stronghold (do this early btw, like right now) and use the life skill materials you gather to craft some. Excavating, hunting and fishing mats can be used to craft orehas in tier 3. You can also sell some of your mats (not all, some have an ilv 1375 restriction) assuming you're of a trusted status in the game, that way you can keep getting gold to craft more or even buy them directly. It's a pain in the ass early on for new people

No exact way to get trusted, it's an anti-botting measure. Just play normally and you should get it relatively fast

NGL after 1680 it gets a little difficult to keep up with some progression methods with 1 char. Things are very expensive and income is low.

Daily activities are at combat 50, "end game" stuff is at 1415, the actual end game is around 1640
You will be doing solo raids as there are not enough people around that ilv bracket or they just want a quick in and out solo experience

If you use a powerpass, either now or later wait for the free one and then use the express event we will get in august, besides the new event/ game mode we will get later this month, you will arrive a point where you can join other people in raids
The thing is that you cant duo legion raids (for now, they hinted AI companions in the late late future)

Chaos dungeons and guardian gates are the only late game duo-able content from what I have been told here.
