Hey guys, I'm having trouble with 'The Blue Bird of a World Gone Mad' quest. I went to Flowering Orchard and found the letter, but I can't pick it up. The quest doesn't show in my log. Any ideas why this might be happening?

I dont remember exactly what that quest was, but sometimes they have item you must use by pressing F5 or F6 and if you have too many quests at the same time the button doesnt appear.

If you tried everything and nothing seems to work just abandon quest and try it again.

Just for extra info, don't chase meta, today's top may be tomorrow's bottom. Deathblade is a hard class to start off as a new player, it's difficult to deal good damage as a new player. If you like it by all means, but personal recommendation from a veteran to a new player, either go for what you like more or go for aero for an easy time starting the game

powerpass is almost certainly going to still be T3, and theres no gold cost to get a character up to 1580, so you could plausibly have your characters you already have up to a relatively similar level by the time we get it

anything tradeable you get you can share, any events you participate in that give roster-bound materials you can share, any gold you earn in the meantime you can share, theres lots of stuff you can do now that will translate into more power for the new chars, but unless you're abandoning your current chars altogether it doesn't hurt to get them up to at least 1580

All the event stuff is roster wide, can also hoard stuff you get from chaos dungeon and guardian raids, so yeah just hoard all you can, 1580 takes no raw gold to hone, best park spot

Orehas may be a problem but you can self sustain with the "solo shop", giving you weekly materials besides what you get from your dailies, including orehas, you can also buy the lower mat tier (have to be all tier 3 mats) and convert it up 5:1

You need to take into account that most people do NOT like waiting to get into the end end end game, they want immediate results and spending 1 month and not reaching the very last raid is preposterous for them. MMOs are always a marathon, yes you can play 1 char perfectly fine and have slower progression, but people who have invested alts into the endgame have been playing 3 whole years and some change, and also very very important, most people who say that DONT EVEN PLAY THE GAME, they are there to doom for fun

firstly, alts and mains never recoup the cost of honing unless you get insanely lucky with tapping or drop a lot of rng drop to off-set the cost (weird way to look at pushing characters). Alts are just a way to increase your time spent playing the game. Yes, they let you funnel more to your main and produce more gems but they soak up a lot of cost with gems and vertical progression that can be spent towards your main. One character can fund their own progression it just takes "longer" as in you won't be able to do huge sessions instead it's just shorter and smaller.
