1- Create the bard and let it rest there, pick a random name doesn't matter
2- Create now the class you want to make, if the forced bard doesn't get deleted beforehand it will let you pick a class now
3- Delete the forced bard now that you made the wanted class

As of now you can't even use or should not use 99% of what they give
If you're new new and doing main story
You will know when to use them once you advance to tier 2 and start needing materials to upgrade your gear
And even then, do NOT use them all at once
For now save everything and just dismantle any lower item level armor the game throws
