There's a couple ways of getting gold, but a lot of them are basically raiding (dead early and can't solo stuff till 1415) or selling stuff on market (1375+ and gotta have trusted status in the game)

An easy way of getting some quick gold is doing adventure island whenever there is gold in the rewards, you can check your in-game calendar and it tells you what adventure island and what reward it has on the month, it also tells you where the island is on the compass top left

You need to actually do it urself (i.e. cutting logs), so the farm from stronghold is bound to you, and you also cannot sell in amounts lower than the listed minimum amount, which differs per item, but usually between 10-100
The simple way to see if it's sell ready is go to the AH, click on register item, if it's not highlighted, it cannot be sold (yet).

quality is not a linear, "if you have a higher quality, you have a higher stat"
how it works is it gives you more rolls to work with so you can potentially get a higher stat
the quality pulls from ^ the above chart's rolls and distributes it among str/dex/int and vitality, so a 90 quality accessory can potentially have lower main stat than a well rolled 80 quality accessory, but the 90 quality will have SIGNIFICANTLY more vitality
each enlightenment tier resets the amount of rolls you get, so from 0-33, 34-66, 67-100, the 0, 34, and 67 would have the minimum rolls whereas the 33, 66, and 100 quality would have the maximum roll values
