Depends on your resources, it's because of advance honing
If you have a lot of mats and gold you can do advance honing
If not you can jump to t4, only shards and solars can't be converted, the rest is 5:1
The highly recommended thing to do if you have shards but not a lot of the rest is to temper your pieces
Basically paying shards to be able to start adv.honing, you just need to beat echidna solo G1 for that

Try to do the current event on shushire, it's basically a much easier chaos dungeon, get mats from the event shop and hone to 1620 then immediately transfer to t4
Do note, you need to have all the story done
North kurzan is our last story for now
Then go to kenuart fortress, run a couple times, get the new t4 relic armors and hone transfer
You'll be 1640, then go and get your new skills, hyper awakening

yea get a build from LostArkNexus or Maxroll. Do Chaos Dungeons and Una Dailys (look in menus for Una). Try and learn Chaos Guardians, that'll teach you your class. Level up your Stronghold (Songs menu, Song of Hearth and Home), you'll need it for crafting Fusion Materials for honing. Familiarize yourself with the Honing blacksmith NPC and start gathering those materials. Eventually you should do Solo Raids for gold but they'll be hard before you know your class. Also check Procyon's Compass for other daily lockouts, you should run the Chaos Gate daily lockout, that will drop some unbound Shard bags you can sell for gold on the Auction House.

the "downside" of starting at 1585 is, you have to learn all the combat systems + if you want to keep leveling up you need money (gold) from the game economy. If you start at a lower level you won't get gate kept by gold and can just practice combat systems and progression

Chaos dungeon stuff... some are upgrades, some you can Dismantle, there's a Dismantle button in the bottom left of your inventory. Some are accessories (jewelry), you can look for upgrades from them. Some are amulets you can use to upgrade Tripods which are like extra upgrades inside your skills
the game gave you accessories so you can probably just dismantle all accessories while you learn, keep Amulets (Tripod) for upgrades. Put stuff away in your stash while you're learning
