but LC has even worse toolkit than the CO

at least CO has ton of stagger and weakpoint

if CO had a permanent pet like LC I would probably main my CO.. I like to play pet classes or summoner type character in every game.. but in Lost Ark the summoner isnt really a summoner its more like a mage.. the pets are there just as dot spells with elaborate effect.

Yep. Reaper was giga op but then they decided to gut her completely. Her dmg is subpar for 1660 imo but doesnt really take off until 1680 with the introduction of her extra skill

Hi, I read the last few messages. How's the life of a solo support character? Are the dungeon/raid queues fast in comparison to dps? Is the story and open world content harder? What if I join a guild that already has dedicated supports, is there a way to squeeze in or is the composition set?

this isn't like traditional mmo, where parties have to have x supports x dps

supports can do the solo stuff just fine, with the right build

queue time is same regardless of class

but most of the time you'd join an actual party finder, and apply to groups

manually

The South Kurzan powerpasse let you skip at least 2 months of grinding and what not and get closer to the endgame, you'll be skipping the story, but could always powerpass or do the story on an alt

The guardian has a 66% and 33% HP check

On the 66%, he initiates a burrow into stagger check

after phero, he will burrow again when he is low enough

After the burrow he will initiate an electrocution attack

When you see the small red puddles after the 2nd burrow is when you hyper

If your class has a shorter hyper animation time, you may want to consider delaying your hyper for 1-2 sec

yes think about it like character type first so mage, specialist, gunner and then you go to class specialization which would be machinist, artillerist, sharpshooter or deadeye for gunner and lastly class engraving which is what you can change, pistoleer or enhanced weapon for deadeye which changes the playstyle a bit

Is there a place where I can read a summary of the specializations for each elite class? I'm just messing around in the start where you get to 'trial' the classes, but I have a feeling this doesn't really represent the elite class so much due to lack of information about those options
