no not really, pick whatever, even if you go with 0 buffs you're still a broken ass class that can clear no problem. Read what they do and pick whatever you find better for you in every raid/gate

most people pick Run!

you can go stagger if for some reason you're struggling with it on a heavy stagger gate/raid, sidereal if you want safety and you are clearing very slow, etc

There's no way that's how it works right? Because otherwise my friend who started the same time as me and hasn't seen Tortyk would take months to get trusted at his rate.
