if you want to rat, you can actually hone normally above 19 and adv hone 10+ in next raid with scrolls

If you can, you should have scales so you should at the very least temper them with the shards you have, if you can do a bit of taping on them then do that as well, if you don't have mats or shards which are probably the ones you will lack the most then move to t4 asap
