In short, you want to bring up a DPS build, aka skills, ark passive, gems. You also need, obligatory, the "True Supporter" special buff when you get into a solo instance AND you need to have a brand to actually get that buff.
What is a brand? It's just one of your skills that reduced the enemy's defense/amplifies your allies' damage and yourself

Once that's set, you just need to keep trying until you win

There are solo raid guides on youtube, Deathboi have some good ones if you want to give them a watch, there are also cheatsheets on maxroll or mobalytics

Maybe compability issues with other pieces, if you built the pc yourself maybe check what pieces you used. If it was pre built have a word with the company that made it.
Other two things I would do is:

1 check graphic settings to see if changing options improves the situation.
2 check Event Viewer, which records all issues with the pc so that you may be able to spot an error code in Windows Logs for you to google.
