You don't have the correct type of gold. To craft tradeable items (including Oreha), you need to pay the crafting cost with Unbound gold. The alternative way to craft Orehas with Bound gold is to unlock the farm at Stronghold level 10 and craft bound Orehas with the farm materials.

nope, that's for all tabs to get the most points, they mostly just changed first tab so you can get to last rank skills

they basically just tried to balance out evolution points amongst all tiers of armor

it's just those base amounts are higher at tier 4 ancient afaik
