What’s the difference?
Short answer; if you have to ask, you should probably just pick Charge.

Charge is the classic version of RE. Its rotation is easier to execute thanks to having significantly reduced charge times. As a result, gauge generation becomes easier as well. It does not offer much room for choice in terms of tripods.

Standard is a version of RE that moves away from multiple charging skills in favor of modularity. Rotation varies slightly depending on which skill setup you opt for, but it is generally more punishing if you happen to miss. The benefit of this variant is not having to deal with as many charge skills, performance being roughly equal to Charge.

Blitzless is a more difficult version of RE. It is recommended for experienced players, capable of making build-related decisions on their own. As the name implies, this variant doesn’t run Blitz Rush, instead focusing on a more hit-and-run playstyle where you utilize your kit to continuously deliver attacks and consistently reach 3 Orbs slightly faster than the other two variants. Missing is extremely punishing on this build, and it doesn’t move away from charge skills entirely due to Soul Absorber’s Halve tripod. Performance can be higher than the other variants, but the uptime requirement and mana cost issues increase as well.```

how so? people claim tier 1 stops paralyzing effects like stagger, but I constantly get staggered and paralyzed using skills that use it, tier 2 always prevents this even though it's called push immunity, meanwhile people claim tier 2 stops pushing/knockbacks only, but my skills with tier 1 paralysis immunity always stops these, for instance I can just freely dps valtan by queuing these up while he's spinning and never get pushed/knocked back, but his hits which stagger always stagger during animations with tier 1 armor

Some players have their own preferences of playstyle

The story can take a really long time and there is a lot of dead content early on. For a new player stopping to smell the roses and explore could easily spend 100 hours just questing before getting to the real endgame

After maintenance today there will be a powerpass to skip nearly all of it. It's not a bad idea to powerpass 1 char to enjoy endgame. And have another to slow roll story if you want to experience it
